The HMB Sup Vic Pod is a collective of like-minded people who not only enjoy the buzz of stand up paddling, but also enjoy the fitness, health and mental benefits it brings. The HMB Training Group trains Monday, Wednesday and Friday [weather permitting]. We are very inclusive and welcome people to come and train with us, despite ability level, fitness or whatever board you paddle. Basically an open invitation to finally stop thinking about it and a great chance to actually do it. So, if you think it’s time to step it up, then please feel free to join us.
