Sorry for the lack of updates recently but I have been having serious login/access issues.

So I have now sorted it and and bunch of things have gone on. The RPS/Starboard series is over with everyone putting in amazing performances and the SHQ Cerebus event finally got run and won, all by the “Go Go Gadget Arms”, Cam Hosking.

Full results will be posted in the “Results” section of the site later in the week so be sure to check back.

Sorry everyone, due to a rather sketchy forecast the SHQ guys have decided to postpone the event again. The idea of the event is to get everyone together for a enjoyable paddle and this can’t be guaranteed. Since the decision was made the forecast has changed slightly for the better so make sure you get on the water anyway. It might be the perfect chance to paddle the course!

If anyone is looking for somewhere to paddle this long weekend, try down Mornington way on Sunday where you will find it is protected from the easterlies. It’s a great scenic paddle along the cliffs and you can checkout Mornington Yacht Club which is pretty cool as well.

This means the next event is the final round of the RPS/Starboard Flatwater Series. Being a mobile event it is likely to run regardless so check back for the location next Friday. At this stage the location will be Elwood Beach near the Yacht Club.

Hope to see everyone on the water soon.

Just a heads up to everyone that the SHQ Cruise To The Cerebus event that was posponed a couple weeks ago has now been scheduled for Sunday the 7th of March.  Please disregard our events calender for these dates as I’m having trouble editing the page. This event is the longest running SUP event in Victoria and should be plenty of fun!

The following Sunday, March 14th will be the final event of the RPS/Starboard Flatwater Series. This will be a test for many to see how their fitness has improved with the duration of the race being 80 minutes. Series winners will be announced and a random person will be the new owner of a Starboard SUP. You must be in it to win it!
